How your sofa is made
From seasoned hardwood frames to the final hand-finished stitch, every step happens in our own workshop.

01Seasoned hardwood frames
Each frame is built from kiln-dried hardwood, jointed and glued for a lifetime of use.

02Design & pattern
We translate your brief into a pattern: proportions, arm shapes and cushion fill chosen with you.

03Upholstery & finishing
Springs, fillings and your chosen fabric are fitted and hand-finished by our upholsterers.

04Fillings & cushions
You choose the cushion filling that suits the way you like to sit, and we make your sofa to order here in the UK. Most bespoke sofas are ready in 6 to 8 weeks.

05Delivery to your home
Delivery is free within 20 miles of DE7. Further afield, we deliver nationwide at a price based on the distance from DE7, so call us on 0115 930 0050 for a figure. You pay 50% when you order in the showroom or by phone, and the rest on delivery.
