The sofa you have had for fifteen years probably has a better frame than anything you can buy new today. It is the fabric and the foam that have given up — and those we can replace.

What we do
- Full reupholstery — stripped back to the frame, rebuilt, re-padded, recovered
- Recovering — new fabric over sound foam
- Foam and cushion replacement — the most common fix, and the cheapest
- Frame and spring repairs
- Dining chairs, bar stools, headboards, window seats, car and caravan seating
- Antique and traditional work — hand-tied springs, hessian, hair filling
Why bother?
Because it is usually better. A hardwood frame from thirty years ago will outlast a stapled softwood one from this year.
Because you choose the fabric. Hundreds of them, in the shop, in your hands — not a photograph of a swatch.
Because it fits. It already fits your room, your doorway and the way you sit.
Because nothing goes in a skip.
What it costs
Every piece is different, so every quote is too. As a guide, recovering a two-seater usually starts around £600 including fabric, and a full rebuild of a three-seater around £900.
Quotes are free. Send us a photo and we will give you a realistic figure the same day. Bring the piece in, or we will collect it.
How it works
- Send a photo or bring it in. We will quote.
- Choose your fabric from the showroom.
- We collect it — free within 20 miles of Ilkeston.
- We rebuild it. Usually 3 to 4 weeks.
- We deliver it back and put it where it goes.
